At MUSC, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. Our exchange policy ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing that you have options if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.
General Policy
- To ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience, we have established the following exchange and refund policy:
- No Refunds: refunds are not available if the purchase was in an offer.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are permitted within 3 days of purchase.

- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including reshipping fees.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, not used, and undamaged.
- The original packaging must be intact.
Exceptions
- In certain cases, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion. These exceptions may include instances of product defects or errors in shipping.
How to Exchange or Return a Product
1. Contact Us:
- Reach out to our customer service team via phone, WhatsApp at +20109 9495812, or email at info@Musccollection.com. Please attach a photo of the product you wish to exchange or return.
2. Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Issues:
- If the exchange or return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping problem, the delivery agent will collect the product at no additional cost to you.
3. Other Reasons:
- For exchanges or returns due to reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping issues, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
Exchange Process
- The new product will be delivered to you within 3 working days after the original product is collected.
Refund Process:
– You can request a refund within three business days from the date you receive the product from the courier.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to electronic wallets or within 7 to 10 working days to a bank account. Please note that previously paid shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Ensure the basic bottle remains unopened and inside its original packaging.
- The 3 ml product sample does not need to be returned when exchanging or returning the main product.
Gifts and Offers
- Gifts are not eligible for exchange or return.
- No Refunds: refunds are not available if the purchase was in an offer.
- For returns of offer bundles containing multiple products, all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Note: We provide a 3 ml sample bottle with your purchase to help you test the product quality before opening the main bottle.
